StepsNew snapshots can be created for any quote and there is no limit to the number of snapshots. Each snapshot can have different lines, delivery addresses, expiry date and days and repeating instructions.
Steps|

Create or load the required quote |

2. |
Click New Snapshot or Record, New Snapshot or Shift + Ctrl + F2 |
|
3. |
Add or remove lines, edit quantities and prices as needed |
|
4. |
Enter expiry date details as required for the new snapshot; OR
|
|
5. |
Set repeating instructions for the new snapshot
|
|
6. |
Save quote |
